THE Group 16 MRL competition will be holding a special carnival on Saturday, June 28 at the Bega Recreation Ground to commemorate Centenary of Rugby League Celebrations. The carnival commences at 9 am, where 75 teams from under 7s to under 16s will be competing.

Centenary celebrations will include a presentation to the local history-making under 15s representative side, which won the 1997 Country Rugby League of NSW Country Championships.
