Meanwhile, Karen Bell said that men should not be too proud or afraid to have counseling.

“There are plenty of places where a man can get help if he needs or wants it,” she said.

‘I just hope that men who recognise their faults or their problems use the resources available too them.

“There are men out there who need help and if they get it then some of the problems that arise can sometimes be avoided.”

A special funeral service will be held for her children Jack (8), Maddie (7) and Bon 16 months) next Wednesday at a time to be determined.

It will an open service conducted at the Anglican Church by Pastor John Thomson of the Seventh Day Adventist church.

Gary Poxon was cremated at a closed service at Clavering Park Crematorium, Wolumla yesterday.
