She will be mourned by husband, Jack and their family, Dora and Frank Sawtell (Gladstone, Qld), Harry and Nola (Lavington), Peter and Rhonda (Tarraganda), Henk and Cheryl (Bega), grandchildren, Gavin, Jason, Brett, Jason, Derek, Guy and Rebecca and 13 great grandchildren.

The funeral for Mrs Van Bracht was held in the Clavering Park Crematorium Chapel on Monday, August 18, 2008.

MR BERTRAM Sylvester (Bert) McCarthy of Bega Street, Candelo, died on Monday, August 11, 2008 aged 98 years.

He will be mourned by his wife, Val and their family, Brian (Bemboka), Susan and Jack (Shellharbour) and grandson Jayden.

The funeral and RSL Service for the late Mr McCarthy was held by the graveside at the Candelo Cemetery on Monday, August 18, 2008.

MR GEORGE Thomas Cunningham of Hillgrove House and formerly of Parker Street, Bega, died on Saturday, August 9, 2008 aged 93 years.

Mr Cunningham was predeceased by his wife, Edna in April 2008 and he will mourned by their family, Barbara and Nigel Wiggins (Tarraganda), grandchildren, Derek and Danielle, Liza and Dermot, Narelle and Andy, Nigel and Lee and 13 great grandchildren.

The funeral for Mr Cunningham will be held in St John’s Anglican Church, Bega at 2.30pm today, Tuesday, August 19, 2008 and a private cremation will follow.

MRS Waltraud (Val) Schulz of Carp Street, Bega, died on Friday, August 15, 2008 aged 80 years.

She will be mourned by husband Hans and their family, Evelyn and Bruce Scott (Merimbula), Dorothy (Bega), Peter (Manly), grandchildren, Christopher, Nathan, Ian, Justin, Tiffany and Brandan and great grandchildren, Felix, Armand, Jade and Mali.

The funeral for Mrs Schulz will be held in the Clavering Park Crematorium Chapel at 11am Wednesday, August 20, 2008.
